Mechanical Engineering

The feeding units for plastic stoppers and caps are mounted on milled aluminium plates. The mechanical sorting of the individual bulk parts takes place in the spiral feed bowls, which are driven by the drives with electromechanical oscillation. The parts in the correct position are then conveyed to the interface on a linear rail. By integrating the forked light barrier, a fill level control is realised which can be regulated via the ASF 187 frequency control unit.

Medical technology

asba automation brings sorted bulk goods into an automation process up to the part separator. The feeding systems sort the parts, correctly position them and dose and guide them to an automatic unit. Spiral conveyors, linear conveyors and hopper systems from aerne engineering are used everywhere, where sorted bulk products have to be brought into an automation system, e.g., in the areas of pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs or industrial technology.

aerne engineering manufactures products for feeding technology under the brand name asba automation. The products range from bulk material feeds to part separators. 

Our wide range of refill units and hopper systems includes vibratory hoppers, belt hoppers, steep hoppers, storage tables and vibrators. These systems are characterised by uninterrupted feeding and part-protecting replenishment. They are used when large quantities are to be processed fully automatically and autonomously. Our hopper systems guarantee the necessary replenishment of material to be conveyed and at the same time ensure an ideal quantity of material in the conveyor bowl. This enables processing that is gentle on parts with a high degree of autonomy.

Refill units

Our conveyor bowls work according to the microthrow principle, which is generated by special drives. In order to achieve an optimal match between drive and conveyor bowl, both components are manufactured by asba automation. Our drives are characterised by high reliability as well as a long service life.

Spiral conveyor

asba automation offers control units for the control of vibratory drives, belt hoppers and steep hoppers. The acceleration sensor can be used to compensate for a large change in mass in the conveyor system by means of control technology. The devices take over the control of the conveying capacity by amplitude and frequency control as well as the control of accumulation distance or level sensor.
